E-Books
What is an eBook?
An e-Book is basically an electronic book, much like how e-mail is 'electronic' mail. e-Books are files found on a computer that can be downloaded, uploaded, copied and pasted, etc.

What do I need to view eBooks?
Most eBooks are distributed in compressed ZIP (.zip) files to save space and transfer time. To open compressed e-Books, you may need a zip archiving program such as WinZip (Evaluation version can be found at www.winzip.com) although there are many free alternatives. Windows XP has the facility to view zip files, built in.
Some eBooks are PDF format so you will require Adobe Acrobat to view them. This can be downloaded free from www.adobe.com.
Many eBooks are in an executable (.exe) form so no additional software is required to view them. Simply run the file to use these. You can also find eBooks in other format such as .txt, .doc (Microsoft Word document), htm, html, etc.

eBooks can provide very useful information just like a book you find in a library and since eBooks are electronic, you can distribute them more easily. They cost nothing to send via email and you can send an unlimited number of copies so you can make 100% profit after the initial sale.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are process by PayPal. You will need a PayPal account and once you have one, you can pay using Credit and Debit cards or by adding funds to you PayPal account.

Is it safe to pay using this method?

Can I pay using something other than PayPal?
Buyers outside of the UK must pay via PayPal. Buyers residing in the UK may also pay by Nochex, cheque, and Postal Order. To pay using one of the alternative methods, please send an email to:

What is Nochex?
Nochex is a UK-based peer-to-peer payment processor, very much like PayPal. Nochex accepts credit and debit cards but are for UK users only. The site can be found here:

The Nochex website is secure, as indicated by the "https" in the address and the yellow padlock in Microsoft Internet Explorer. An invoice will be sent to you. Please list the products you wish to purchase.

Delivery
Are there any delivery costs?
Our range of eBooks and software are delivered via email so there are no delivery charges. However, if you require your order on disc, please add £2.00 shipping and handling.
Other items may have a delivery charge but all charges will be stated up front on the description pages. Our range of 'other items' are shipped separately depending on the supplier and delivery cost varies according to the item's weight, courier used, etc. Higher valued or larger/heavier items will be delivered using Business-Post, Royal Mail Special Delivery, etc.

How will I receive my eBook / software and when?
You will receive your product via email. You will usually receive it within 12 hours after you purchase the item. If you do not receive it, please check your spam / junk mail folder and if it's not there, then contact us.

I live outside of the UK, can I buy your products?
Yes, our eBook and software products are delivered via email so are easy to ship.
If an item cannot be shipped outside of the UK, it will be stated on the auction. Some items may use a UK standard so would not be appropriate to be sold outside of the UK. This may apply to items listed in the 'other items' section as these are physical items that cannot be emailed.

Returns / Refunds
I am not happy with my eBook / software purchase, can I have a refund?
Yes. Simply send an email to
contact@dels-ebooks.co.uk
Stating the following:
- Reason (To help us why so we can improve products and services to serve you better)
- Product purchased
- PayPal payment/transaction ID (log into PayPal, locate the transaction)
A refund will usually be issued within 48 hours.
Please Note:
A request for a refund must be received within 7 days of the purchase.
Any requests received after this period will be refunded at the discretion of dels-ebooks.co.uk.
We are unable to tell whether you have used or deleted digital products from your computer but if we issue you a refund, you agree to delete the product from your computer. All resell rights are revoked from the moment the refund is issued.

What is the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee?
If you purchased one of my other items (non-eBook/Software), you can return the product for a full refund (exc. return delivery costs) on the condition that the product is returned unopened and unused. The 7 Day policy is not there to use products on trial but to give you a chance to change your mind if you have second thoughts about the product once you've ordered it. All products with the following badge qualifies.
